MC Learning Solutions, was founded by Mand Curtis, a dedicated coaching and learning professional. 

Mand has spent 25yrs in financial services and is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive. Over the last 25yrs Mand has grown and developed her skills working with a broad cross section of busineses, entry level leaders to senior executives, as well as charities, universities, MOD personnel and youth organisations. She is a qualified executive coach, climate coach, psychometric practitioner, and trainer with experience delivering to delegates across four continents.
